Ok ok, I wanted to grab your attention! I have been working out in the morning for almost 5 years. For the last 6 months, I have upped my morning routine to include more heat, and the results are amazing! Body changes, mood changes, and energy to burn!
Intense morning exercise is a game-changer! Science is showing that it releases all kinds of goodies in our body and brain to reduce feelings of depression, cravings, and anxiety, and can lead to the formation of new brain cells, boost your mood, and optimize brain function. When we get our morning sweat on, our body produces more dopamine and serotonin which makes you feel like you have and are enough. It also produces norepinephrine, which helps you to focus!
If you don’t now, give it a try. Start small – go for a fast walk, bike ride, life weights, do a HIIT YouTube video – just start somewhere.
